Success at the Stockport Metro Meet November 2013
Four of our A squad swimmers took part in the recent Stockport Metro November Meet, competing against some of the best swimmers in the North of England.
Those who competed included the following; Joel O’ Halleron, Brad Reynolds, Joseph Martin and Oliver O’ Halleron.
Congratulations boys for some excellent swims, including a number of PBs.
There were two age group categories – 14 & under and 15 & over. All events were heat declared winners, except for the 100m swims where finals took place.
Special congratulations to Joseph Martin and Joel O’ Halleron who both reached the finals.
** Joseph swam in the 14 & under 100m Backstroke final, finishing in 7th place (3rd place in the 13 yr old boys).
** Joel swam in the 15 & over 100m Breaststroke final, finishing in 6th place (1st in the 17 yr old boys).
