The return of the Great GAW Bake Off – well… didn’t they do well :)
Our cake sale at Gateshead Leisure Centre (21st March) raised a magnificent £230 for the Club. The driving force (roughly translated this means whinging teenagers!!) behind the sale were Zoe Price and James Strickland – well done and thanks to both of them.
They have asked me to pass on their thanks to a number of people for their help and support: Sarah and Libby Pashley, Maximus Murray and Sophie Price for all their help selling and eating the cakes, Jill for sorting out the Leisure Centre and everyone that went out of their way to make and donate some fantastic cakes, Easter eggs, buns and cookies!!
Apparently, their Mams did a little bit too!! Well done to everyone!
The challenge is now on to the other squads – what can you do Guys??
