Due to full meet/busy poolside, STSC’s Competition Secretary has asked us to share this “Gala Poolside Information” document with swimmers and staff in advance of the meet.
£5.00 per event
Event is for Performance Squads only.
400m Freestyle is open to swimmers age 10/Over only.
The number of heats in this event may be restricted.
Entries will not be accepted from swimmers who have swum faster than the published cut off times.
Coach will provide suggested swims. Event is subject to upper qualifying times, in gala info document.

Swimmers must be, or have applied for registration with the A.S.A. and may only enter events in their own age group.
The Swim Time Converter – provided by http://www.pullbuoy.co.uk/ is a useful tool and can be used to convert swimmers’ PB times from long course to short course and vice versa.
