Who’s it for?	This event is for swimmers in Potential Groups 1 & 2. Please make sure that swimmers ONLY enter swims they are eligible for and not swum faster than the Qualifying Times specified here. Please note the swims that different Age Groups are eligible for.
What’s the cost?	All swims are £5.50 per event.
When’s the closing date?	Closing date for entries was 9:00am, Monday 13th May 2019.

North Tyneside Summer Gala 2019 – Conditions North Tyneside Summer Gala 2019 – Schedule and QTs It’s worth noting that the morning Warm Up times for both days are 8.30am for a 9.30am Start. The afternoon Warm Ups are different for Saturday and Sunday. Saturday afternoon: Warm Up is 1:00pm for a 2.00pm Start. Sunday afternoon: Warm Up is 12.30pm for a 1.30pm Start.
Please Note	Entries will only be accepted with times in line with the qualifying times attached so please ensure that entry times are checked before entering. Events will be: – Age 9: 50m and 200m form strokes plus 100m IM and 200m IM Age 10 and Over: 50m, 100m and 200m form strokes plus 100m IM and 200m IM Age 11 and Over: 400m freestyle (restricted to 4 heats each for boys/girls) All events will be Heat Declared Winners (HDW) Awards will be made for: Ages 9, 10, 11 and 12 years: 1st – 6th place Ages 13, 14 and 15 & Over: 1st – 3rd place Age as at 23rd June 2019 Swimmers must be, or have applied for registration with the A.S.A. and may only enter events in their own age group. It is the responsibility of the swimmer/parent to notify the coach/poolside helper of any issues in advance of the sessions. This includes withdrawals and requests to attend after the official warm-up per session.
