Major changes to gala schedule

Note from the organiser:

Good afternoon
I would like to bring to your attention a major change in next weekends gala. Unfortunately, we haven’t received the numbers of swims that we usually attract to this gala, so we have decided to go ahead as a one day event.

The revised approximate timings are as follows:-

Session 1 warm up 08:00 for 08:30 start, this is only for the 1500m and 800m swimmers only
Session 1 Finish 09:04

Session 2 warm up 09:15 for 10:15 start, this is for all the other swimmers
Session 2 Finish 11:20

Session 3 warm up 12:20 for 13:20 start
Session 3 Finish 14:33

There will then be about 30 minutes break for the swimmers

Session 4 Start 15:00
Session 4 Finish 16:02

There will then be about 30 minutes break for the swimmers

Session 5 start 16:30
Session 4 Finish 17:35

Unfortunately, there will be some of your swimmers who were just going to swim on the Sunday, so could you make them aware of this change. I would like to extend our deepest apologies to all of you and your swimmers about this change

I’ve attached the accepted entries, any changes, then don’t hesitate to contact me and also a schedule of events for the Saturday

Kind Regards
David
