Coach will provide suggested swims. Event is subject to upper qualifying times – document above

Age groups/Events will be:

9/Over: 50m and 200m form strokes; 100m IM & 200IM
10/Over: 100m form strokes; 100IM & 200IM
400m events are open to swimmers aged 11 and over only and will be restricted to 4 heats only for girls/boys. (fastest times used in this event)

Swimmers must be, or have applied for registration with the A.S.A. and may only enter events in their own age group.

The Swim Time Converter – provided by http://www.pullbuoy.co.uk/ is a useful tool and can be used to convert swimmers’ PB times from long course to short course and vice versa.

Entries slower than the Qualifying Times will be rejected.
The Promoters reserve the right to reject entries in order to comply with licensing rules relating to session length.

For those hoping to get qualifying times at Sunderland, entries will not be uploaded to check before final submission. All entries must be in by the closing date to allow them to be collated and submitted early on 17th.
