Congratulations to our” TEAM “

Organisers, Supporters, Athletes and Coaching/Pool staff

Effort, commitment and performances in the pool were outstanding and sometimes brilliant. Everyone battled for every single metre of their race.

These are the nights we all work so hard for in our practice sessions, this is why we get up on cold winter mornings, Exciting “eye ball to eye ball racing at a high level.

WHAT a BUZZ!!!

Remember only if you prepare well in your daily practice sessions will you swim fast in the competition arena
